I hold a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology from\u00a0<strong>San Francisco State University<\/strong>\u00a0and a Master\u2019s degree in\u00a0<strong>Counseling Psychology from Golden Gate University<\/strong>. Being fluent in both\u00a0<strong>English and Spanish<\/strong>, I am passionate about making therapy accessible and culturally inclusive for diverse communities.<\/p>\n<p>During my graduate training, I completed my practicum at a nonprofit mental health organization where I had the privilege of working with\u00a0<strong>children, adolescents, and adults<\/strong>\u00a0from various backgrounds. Through this experience, I supported clients facing challenges such as\u00a0<strong>depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, life transitions, communication difficulties, and identity exploration<\/strong>. These experiences deepened my understanding of how mental health is impacted by both personal and environmental factors and reinforced my commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.<\/p>\n<p>My\u00a0<strong>therapeutic style is grounded in a client-centered approach<\/strong>, which means I tailor my interventions to meet your unique needs, strengths, and goals. I draw from evidence-based modalities while allowing space for authenticity and human connection. I aim to build a strong therapeutic alliance, where you can feel\u00a0<strong>safe, supported, and truly seen<\/strong>. I believe that healing begins through\u00a0<strong>meaningful connection<\/strong>, and my work is rooted in\u00a0<strong>empathy, collaboration, and respect<\/strong>\u00a0for your individual story.<\/p>\n<p>I understand that beginning therapy can feel unfamiliar, emotional, and even overwhelming.
