Women, Leadership, and Relationships

Dr. Collins works closely with women CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs, and high-achieving professionals who are navigating the intersection of leadership, relationships, intimacy, and personal well-being.

Many of her clients appear confident and successful professionally while privately struggling with loneliness, relationship patterns, emotional disconnection, boundaries, intimacy, or the pressure of balancing a demanding career with love and family.

Dr. Collins helps women better understand their emotional and relationship needs, communicate more effectively, and build fulfilling relationships without sacrificing their ambitions, identity, or sense of self.

Couples and Sex Therapy

Dr. Collins helps couples address communication difficulties, recurring conflict, attachment patterns, trust, infidelity, sexual concerns, emotional disconnection, and changes in intimacy or desire.

As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, she creates a nonjudgmental environment where individuals and couples can discuss sexuality, intimacy, desire, and relationship concerns openly and safely.

She also offers structured Couples Intensives for partners who want dedicated time to understand difficult patterns, repair their connection, and create meaningful change. Her work may incorporate Imago Relationship Therapy, the Gottman Method, attachment-based interventions, and sex therapy.

Trauma Therapy and EMDR Intensives

Dr. Collins has extensive experience supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual trauma, childhood trauma, crime, and other distressing life experiences.

She integrates EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, attachment work, and other trauma-informed approaches to help clients process painful experiences, reduce emotional distress, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

Dr. Collins also provides EMDR Intensives, offering an extended and focused treatment format for clients who want to address trauma, distressing memories, negative beliefs, and emotional triggers.

Evaluaciones de inmigración

Dr. Collins conducts culturally responsive immigration evaluations for individuals seeking humanitarian immigration relief, including U visas and asylum.

She approaches each evaluation with sensitivity, respect, and an understanding of trauma, migration, domestic violence, discrimination, family separation, and the experiences of marginalized communities.

Dr. Collins earned a PhD in Human Sexuality, a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Multicultural-Urban Education.
