Hola! My name is Gabriella Villalvazo, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy with a focus on the Latino/a community. As a bilingual Mexican American therapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals and families, particularly within the Latino community, to dismantle mental health stigma and encourage a holistic, empowered approach to well-being. My goal is to create a supportive, understanding space where mental health is a priority, fostering an open and healing environment.
I believe in tailoring therapy to meet the unique cultural and individual needs of each client, and I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward mental and emotional wellness. Beginning therapy is a courageous act, and I wholeheartedly applaud anyone who takes this important step toward self-care and growth. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on humanistic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and psychodynamic methods to support your unique needs and goals.
Together, we’ll work toward meaningful, lasting change and personal healing. I look forward to supporting you on this transformative journey, helping you uncover your strengths and embrace a path of growth, healing, and self-discovery.
